A secure and flexible method which allows you to meet the needs of a traditional stable door, whilst retaining the security and weatherseal of a single door. Features Top lock has full lever/lever operated gearbox with latch and deadbolt, this works independently allowing the top sash to open whilst the bottom sash remains locked in place The bottom lock has a cylinder operated gearbox with deadbolt, when unlocked the shootbolt is thrown into the top sash allowing both sashes to be opened as a single door When both sashes are locked together the security and weatherseal of a single door are retained
